HOUSE POOL RULES:

No diving

No glass in Pool or on pool deck

Swim diapers must be worn if child is not potty trained

**SURPERVISE YOUR CHIILDREN AT ALL TIMES WHILE USING POOL, SPA AND LANAI**

Gate must be in place when Pool is not in use

Pool towels available above Washer and Dryer

The guest who signs the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old and staying in the home during the duration of the reservation.

No solo travelers may book our home.

Guest must provide the names of everyone that will be staying on the property.

Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking
